I am visiting the physio and podiatrist at next Gen. Can't comment on the gym, sauna etc side of the business. Well looked after at Wakefield Sports.

First time back after COVID19. Everything was super clean. Mitzi the instructor fabulous and welcomed a very small class back. It's good to be back. Shane the maintenance contractor had nice little chat aswell. Well done next Gen.under the circumstances.

Very disappointed with this place. The staff do their best, but appear generally disinterested. The ‘app’ is out of step with those offered by other gyms. The place and its technology desperately need investment.

Would be nice to go back to the pre-covid closing times. Other than that, a great club.

Had a corporate function here, the process was difficult, staff on the day didn't know how to work the projector despite charging us for using it. Disappointing customer service. Showers are mouldy. Membership cancellation process is appalling. Premium rates for very average service.

Nice clean club with very good facilities! Would definitely recommend!
