What a rude arrogant git. Hope a new owner one day will improve this news agency, until then I won't ever walk in the place. When my 14yo Son calls you rude, you have earnt it. RUDE!
the customer service from the guy who owns the store is terrible, rudest person i have come across and will not be returning. and ps it’s not my fault you have to pay a fee to have an eftpos machine in store.
My grandmother just wanted to check her lotto tickets. With the current covid regulations for businesses she has been signing in to these locations using the book that should be provided from the business for people who don’t have smart phones. The man who served her was so rude and refused to serve her, when she asked if she could sign in with the book he said “I can’t be bothered with that, you have to have a phone” This is a 65 year old woman who is just trying to follow the rules that are in place and to be given a foul attitude for doing the right thing is disgusting.
Rudest person I’ve ever come across
The guy that works and owns the shop is a rude and miserable person. HE seems to think he owns the shopping centre and seems to think he knows the law. WELL OBVIOUSLY YOU DON'T. You need to get a life and hire someone who knows how to treat customers and also who.knows how to smile.
Nice little assortment of quality gifts, convenient location. Friendly service!
