The Dr I saw was good. However the staff out at the back in the car park entrance were so off hand on checking in that it was almost laughable. Every one has a job to do, but could a smile and an encouraging attitude would go a long way .nFelicity Foot.

Newstead Medical has been my practice of choice for over 5 years and their standard of care for me has never faulted. From the moment I walk through the doors I feel valued & cared for. Even when my fabulous GP Dr. Jane is not available I am never left without care which I so appreciate.
