The first time I went to this markets. Small selection of clothing, food, etc. available. Decent stuff on offer. But overall, great find. Parking is available in front. Not your typical markets - no fresh food on offer such as vegetables and fruits.
We always look forward to Newport Market and love the convenience of taking a family walk to spend a Saturday morning in our community, catching up with friends and supporting local businesses. Each market has been so well organised, offering a range of stalls and food trucks. Our family has always enjoyed the entertainment provided, especially the live music and free face painting. The planning has been well thought out and Leigh is always so lovely to speak to when arranging to hold a stall. Highly recommend visiting or holding a stall at Newport Market!
Fairly small market. Not many food options think there were 3, and only two were open, and a small number of stores to look through. We spent under 10 minutes there. Parking was easy though since it wasn't busy, and it was next to a decent playground. It was fine, but we probably wouldn't bother going back unless it grows a bit.
Not normally much of a markets guys, to many rip-off merchants, but the quality hmof the vendors here was brilliant and had a bit of something for everyone. The location is superb and you combine that with the free face painting for the kidlets, perfect way to spend a morning.
Freeze dried lollies! I'm going back for more. The markets are great too, but the freeze dried lollies are a draw card.
