It's disappointing but not surprising to see so many negative reviews on here but it just proves the lack of respect and understanding people have for our healthcare workers. I have been a patient of Dr. Salehi's since 2018 and she has been knowledgeable, very kind, and taken my concerns for myself and children seriously. I look forward to seeing her and she always makes me feel comfortable expressing my issues and needs. The walk-in clinic can be hectic and have long wait times yes, but there is often only one or two receptionists and doctors working. This is a very busy area of Newmarket which has become overpopulated, and the office space is on the smaller side. I think those who have family DR's here have more positive things to say and know that the staff treat their patients well. I don't think it's fair to base judgement off of one bad experience especially during a time when our healthcare system is crumbling. This office stayed open during the pandemic, and I have seen them all work very hard and try to give their best service possible to those who needed it. Catherine the receptionist always has a positive attitude and brightens my day with her humor every time I visit, even when things are chaotic and busy. I think they have done a great job especially given the circumstances. My family and I all continue to be very impressed and happy with Dr. Salehi and the staff.
I was just here this morning and everything went fine. There was a bit of a wait about an hour and a half but that’s to be expected for a walk in. Doctor Salehi was lovely and has a good bed side manner. The receptionist knew some of the patients by name and they are very welcoming.
the reception is always friendly, stern and professional in management and conducting order. dr tabrizi is not my family doctor but has always been patient and amazing at explaining and extremely helpful. the pharmacy is efficient, convenient and wonderful as well.
Dr, Salehi has been my wife’s doctor for many year and now my children’s. She’s very understanding and takes the right precautions when needed, her staff is friendly, highly recommend !
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Salehi for over 12 + years and she has always been caring, she listens and supports myself and family. Seeing Bev and Catherine consistently working hard always makes me feel comfortable going there Thank you to this hard working healthcare team.
Recently went to the clinic and was treated by Dr. Salehy for a rash. She misdiagnosed me and prescribed me the wrong medications that were not needed and made my symptoms worse and caused other severe side effects. I went to see a specialist who told me that she prescribed me very dangerous medications that were not needed and that I had eczema. He prescribed me a cream and the rash went away after a few days. Do not waste your time seeing her she is not qualified and the negative reviews on here speak for themselves. I wouldn't recommend Dr.Salehy to anyone who needs real answers and a proper care.
They are awful. Don’t go walk-in there. You have to wait way too long and the family doctors are not available when you need them. No sympathy with the patients. I was waiting there for one hour and 40 minutes and quit at last. The prescriptions are never sent to the pharmacy on time and they delay everything they want to do for you simply ignoring you even when you are standing nearby to talk to them keeping themselves busy with other things or the phone. Just unhelpful at all time.
This place was good at one point when Dr Gupta was present, since then 2015 Ive been stuck looking for a family doctor which 3 more have come and gone no need to wonder why. I took my daughter here told the doc she may be developing allergies... Saleh looked at me and asked ME why she was developing allergies... Sorry but you're the doctor you tell me! Also for your reference take a look at all the 5 star reviews and look at the names... Just saying!... PS wait times are longer than wonderland rides!
I’m not sure why you would post your hours if you are not following them. If you close at 5, then you close at 5, not 4:45.
Been taking my mom here for many years now and have not been let down. Dr. Salehi is always the best and knows how to take care of her patients. They are always organized and prompt. sorry to say this to people who complain about waiting, this is the typical standard all over Canada haha, get over it...if you're at the hospital it is worse. Keep up the good work here, need more places like this to serve the community. If you're not happy, you need to go elsewhere. Plain and simple
