Really bad school, teachers yell at students. Make racist comments, the kids there are really mean. The bullying never gets sorted out by the teachers, teachers don’t care about mental health. The principal and deputy principal are rude and don’t stop the bullying. Kids there suffer everyday and dread to go to school because of mean people and how the teachers treat them. Overall it’s all terrible.
Terrific looking college. Very good vibe. Passionate and generous principal, great facilities and friendly teachers and staff.
There’s a lot to say about this school but send your child if you are happy to throw your money away, teachers do not come to work and they don’t care if kids miss out on classes. This school let bully happen, as they are just bad as those bullying kids. they don’t provide students wellbeing and good learning environment. This school is only new but they have some problems to work on.
Edited to add - this school has now blocked me from their facebook page Because they would rather ignore families concerns instead of ensuring the safety and well-being of all students was met. Newman Catholic College, Smithfield for a brand new school that had the potential to be nothing short of amazing, you have fallen short the way you manage difficult behaviours is absolutely disgusting - how you treat students with additional needs is absolutely disgusting - for 2 years you have destroyed my daughter a child who was once bubbly and kind hearted has had her soul crushed - she has had her voice taken from her - she has been discriminated against and she has been left to fail! She has been bullied nearly every single day for nearly 2 years and all you have done is made her the mastermind behind it all you have taken her voice to ensure she doesn't speak up when something is wrong and when she has been physically assaulted, verbally abused, and been made to feel worthless you have done NOTHING you have swept it under the rug and left it to someone else to deal with - as a school preaching an inclusive learning environment and asking for respect you have FAILED!nnIf you are looking for a school that will fail your children and one that won't give 2 craps if they're bullied then look no further.nnNewman Catholic college Smithfield YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE CULTURE YOU ARE CREATING
