the only bus company I know that can show a bus coming on a sign and then suddenly it disappears and does not return so you stand there for half an hour until the next scheduled one comes along. not good enough. if you say a bus is coming at 4.20 then it should be there within a few mins not gone and then suddenly the next one is 4.45 ????????? not good enough.

I have never been spoken to so badly by a bus driver. I am now going to take the train and walk a larger distance due to this experience. Avoid Newland as much as possible!!
