The staff at the actual place, The receptionist, the dentist are lovely. I’ve been going here for years and never had a problemnnI recently called the mental health team, and got put through to triage. The woman on the other end was very disappointing, pretty much telling me everyone’s busy to not deal with me. She said bye and hanged up very abruptly, it’s a shame that one person can ruin an reputation
I would like to thank the amazing dental team at Newcomb. I had no money and they seen me and treated me asapn.from the young lady at reception to the 2 amazing lady's that pulled my tooth They made me feel welcome and at ease .and got me past My dentist fear .very professional and caring .explained everything and where very helpfull. Really lovely service, I went in a few days ago to have a wisdom tooth extracted. Unfortunately the wisdom tooth was a bit more complicated to get out that expected! The staff were very lovely and patient with me whilst I was very upset and anxious.
I had a dental surgery for my tooth here I forgot his name but this dentist is the best dentist I seen he was so calm lovely knowing I had anxiety and pain one of the best dentist I seen in my life makes me feel better about going to the dentist in the future
I have 2 times filling on one teeth during a month only but still they couldn’t fix that and today after 2 hours and 20 minutes wait i had to leave without seeing a doctor because no body wanted to see emergency patients and they are not giving us proper appointment unless i finish emergency appointment and emergency appointment takes for ever. Really very bad experience.
