Technician arrived late, jumped to a conclusion on a fridge that clearly was not manufactured to standard. Had no idea of consumer law and was appointed by LG to assess warranty claims. Be very wary of this organisation.
Was referred to these people by The Good Guys for an oven warranty repair and got zero response. They won't answer the phone or reply to emails. I gave up and purchased a new oven at Bing Lee.
Horrible service and unprofessional company. We have had someone come to our house 3 times to fix our LG fridge door, the first guy broke the new fridge door that he was replacing the old one with and then we waited over 3 months for another guy to come out only to bring the wrong fridge door. No communication at all, the days I've had off and have waited around all day for someone to rock up and no one does. Avoid at all costs
Terrible service with rude technician. Awaiting repair of cooktop for over 3 months. Gave booking time of 9-1pm after months. Had to duck out of house for 10 mins, got a call at 12.57pm saying he has arrived. I was around the corner a couple of minutes away. He said he refused to wait around and rudely hung up the phone and had left.
Terrible customer service, Took them 1 week to Come to site to attempt to fix our LG fridge to which they ordered parts without even coming to diagnose the problem. They replaced the parts and this did not fix the issue. It has been over 2 week since our fridge has stopped working and the issue is still not resolved. LG should be ashamed to be associated with a company that provides this level of service.
Ok so I have lived in Newcastle all my life. This company has been around for more then 20 years. All these bad reviews are people who are ringing up asking for money to take down the people here are caring yes like all businesses are busy both the lady and man are friendly even gave me a courtesy call. Yes you may have to get a temporary fridge like all of us Rome weren't built in a day patientie and virtue will get you along considering we have been in lockdown. Ring these people before you look at the reviews you might be surprised. Goodluck Newcastle Customs and I hope this review puts some ease on this. God bless.
Our LG top loader washing stopped on the spin cycle over the long weekend We contacted Harvey Norman first thing on the Tuesday morning to put in a warranty claim.Harvey Norman notified Newcastle Custom Electronics of our issue that same day. That aftrenoon Newcastle Custom Electronics rang us to organise a time for the following day to do the repair. Michael the repair technicion rang 20 minites before arrival to let us know he was on the way.Michael replaced a faulty pressure valve. We could not fault the great service.
TERRIBLE customer service. Waited 3 weeks to get a date for a technician to come out and look at my fridge, and they still couldn't organise one. I called the company on 4 different occasions, not once did they contact me. They just keep saying they had to get it touch with their technicians and they will call me, meanwhile we are living out of an esky and expecting them to call any day! Do not use this company.
I feel compelled to write a review because our experience was so different from most of the reviews here that I wonder if either we're talking about the same place or if this place attracts entitled consumerists who believe they should be treated like gods just because they have spent money on a piece of equipment. We took a LG soundbar in for a repair under warranty. I had read the reviews beforehand and was a bit concerned to say the least. The staff was polite and helpful. A week later we got told they had ordered a part. Another week later, got a call to say the soundbar was fixed and ready for collection. No chasing on the phone, nothing to pay, no issue whatsoever. Everyone involved in our case was helpful and polite and certainly would not deserve all the bad rep they're getting here. Try and walk in with a positive mindset to form your own opinion. Who knows, you might just have a fine experience like we did!
I cannot believe these people are still in business! If you have the opportunity to choose another repairer please do. No communication, no ownership of their actions or lack of and the person who answers the phones just passes information on and cannot advise ANY detail of what is happening with your job. Nobody ever calls back!
