Well organised, good COVID measures. Was a pleasure.
Awesome facilities for a smaller regional airport, providing all the essential travel connections around the country. Received great customer service all round. This was particularly exhibited within the Virgin Australia airline with both the checkin counters served by Carol and on the plane. Totally recommend
Last flight in and arrived to a non starting car along with another lady. Security were SO helpful and considerate. If 2021 starts this way it will be a great one. Old fashioned chivalry
Hassle free. Easy parking straight across from terminal short 2 minute walk and your at check-ins or Arrivals. Been many times with zero bad experiences.
The airport is clean, signage can be clearer.
Quite a small airport but a handy range of flights. Facilities are adequate.
Great airport servicing the Newcastle, Port Stephens, Hunter Valley and Central Coast areas. Look forward to continued expansion and more domestic and international links. Would benefit from a regular shuttle bus akin to Melbourne's SkyBus but I believe one is planned.
All workers were covid-19 safe. Great job
My visit to Newcastle is very satisfactory. The trip to and from Brisbane very enjoyable.
