Simply excellent.  I moved from Hamilton to Los Angles recently.  Debbie on the quotes team came by and gave me a fair custom quote and answered my many questions.  I received a flat rate quote which included packing and unpacking, all of the boxes, and the move itself to LA.   The crew came exactly when they said they would.  I have their names written down somewhere and liked them so much I will edit my review when I find the paper.

It was a really smooth process, the customer service and staff was polite and professional.  The guys who came to pack and load the container were really efficient and had a good attitude.  The team who made the delivery of my furniture in LA was from a US company, but they were fine too.

I can't recommend NZ Van Lines highly enough, and would suggest their good pricing on a flat rate move.  There was absolutely nothing stressful or surprising about my experience - Everything was better than expected, fair, clean, easy.  Their service is impeccable, and they even called me after to ensure I was satisfied.

We used New Zealand Van Lines upon a recommendation from another mover we like who could not fit us in on the day we wanted. These guys were amazing, friendly, courteous, hardworking and efficient. All the things one wants in a moving company. Don't hesitate, call these guys when you decide you are moving.

Extremely glad that I came across these guys in the Hamilton area. We had some family that was in the process of moving, and you know how stressful that can be. Thankfully, with New Zealand Van Lines, it wasn't stressful at all! They helped us moving everything with ease into our new location. I highly recommend you check them out!
