While checking in for our flights, we received excellent customer service from the Air New Zealand staff.  We weren’t able to complete our self check in by ourselves, but the staff were very diligent and provided us with exemplary services. We had our issue sorted out in less than 5 minutes and we were on our way to security in no time.  Thank you very much.

Great lounge. Comfortable seating. Plenty of power. Good food and wine. Not busy when we were there

Reasonable space + great view to the tarmac & city view!  It has two shower facilities, baby changing room in each toilet.  Has a selection of beers & NZ wines. Coffee machine. Reasonable amount of food selection too.

It’s one of the basic bare minimum AirNewZealand lounges. Not too big , very compact and with very limited food options. No famous barista coffee either unfortunately, just some lousy machine with no taste. Food seems to be prepared somewhere and brought it so the taste is the same as artificial food on the plane. If you are looking for quiet place to rest, take shower and work it’s good and solid choice , but if you are hungry and looking for good food and coffee go downstairs to one of many good restaurants and cafe to chose from.

Very nice comfortable lounge at the top of the escalators near Gate 81. As a business class traveler on partner airline EVA Air, they were very welcoming and all the staff were friendly. A wide array of foods and beverages to help you relax and enjoy. My flight is boarding from Gate 82 and I can see it out the window so it is very convenient.

Small lounge but comfortable, we were on a late flight so not a lot of food available. Unfortunately staff announced our flight was boarding, it was 1 hour before flight departure, so we stayed in the lounge and were not rushing to the gate. Then about 15 minutes later only a few people left in the lounge and a staff member said our flight had almost finished boarding. So we walked to our flight to discover it had only just started to board. Did not appreciate being lied to by staff in the lounge so they could close up for the night. Not very warm hospitality at New Zealand Lounge

Run of the mill airline lounge. No beer on tap sadly. Food options are limited. Seating is what you expect. Good escape from the terminal but nothing more. Lounge is shared with United so can get quite crowded depending on when you leave. Decent views of the apron.

There was a group of people waiting as the Lounge was closed at 2:45pm for whatever reason. No signs, Google says it’s open, etc.   When passenger knocked, lounge staff opens up and proceeds to tell us off rudely. We tell them that there is no sign to say it’s closed. Staff proceeds to tell us that, that is why it’s locked - how were we meant to know. Poor attitude.

No seats at the gate for anyone other than special assistance while we all waited for our delayed flight
