I like shopping at new world because the meat packs are just the right amount for one person like me they have great deals on other items as well

Try to douge the trolley collection man. He likes to make small talk and stands with you at your car while you unpack your food into your car.Be careful he likes to take off his mask while talking to you. I just want to do my shopping in peace without having to make small talk with the trolley guy! I guess some people don't mind, but it's just not my cup of tea. I would shop here more if he collected the trolleys from the trolley bay instead.

Recently I was at New World Supermarket Rotorua. I wanted 'dressed' lamb shanks for a special dinner I was cooking. I asked a staff member from butchery to help and she immediately brought me exactly what I needed. This is 5 Star Service. Well done team.

Have been getting great service until I encountered a very rude robotic young man on the tills. He also made sarcastic comments which I did not appreciate. With this attitude he will be working in a supermarket for ever. Let's hope it's not my local one. More staff training needed, or perhaps stacking shelves out the back.
