I am a long term user of New Street Medical Centre. My latest visit today was as usual a very satisfactory experience. I like my doctor. He is well-informed, friendly and helpful. I have full confidence in him. and in the referrals he offers. He discusses my test reports and gives clear opinions on them. I think I'll always be a grateful New Street Medical Centre patient.
I'm 57years young and have been going to New Street Medical Centre since I was born. My main Doctor was Dr Boan now retired. I have the pleasure now to see Dr Vasant Lagiseti. He's thoughtful, caring of your situation and extremely thorough. The reception staff are extremely friendly. Highest recommendation.
The Reception staff are so friendly and helpful when you visit the Clinic. They are very polite and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and feeling well. Our Doctor Suska Schoeman is very comforting, knowledgeable, kind and considerate towards our needs. I would not hesitate in recommending The New Street Medical Centre to anyone.
I can't recommend Sally Fisher highly enough. She's thorough, understanding, explains everything very clearly and listens. Very occasionally she runs late but I never mind. Clearly she's had a patient who needed extra time or perhaps an emergency patient. One day that could be me in either of those situations. The staff at the clinic are always very polite and helpful as well, I'm very happy with New St Medical Clinic. Thank you.
I needed to see my GP on a Saturday morning for a sinus infection and prescriptions. My phone query was responded to efficiently at 8.45am and an appointment made for 11.00. The GP service was efficient and my needs were fulfilled that morning.
