I had my first New Step appointment today and found my podiatrist, Shaun skilled in dealing with my foot issues and especially good in his knowledge of other services so that I can find more suitable footwear. There was a relaxed and happy atmosphere in the reception area.

Easy to make an appointment and felt welcomed upon arrival! Bonnie was also lovely and sparred no detail to me during my appointment - looking forward to my next appointment!!

I had a very sore big toe I’d seen the Dr but felt the diagnosis wasn’t totally correct so made an appointment  with Sean Vu who diagnosed and worked on my toe and now it’s on the mend and definitely not as sore as it was. Sean is marvellous and certainly knows his trade, thanks so much Sean.

My first visit and found all my issues thoroughly examined and diagnosed with professional advice provided and workable solutions.

My experience was awesome.  Good information and lovely folks.  Thank you all for ya time and efforts.
