Pre. Booked a taxi 5 hours in advance, the taxi never showed up. You would think we would get priority, no. How it works is you get put into the system at the time. after ringing multiple times and trying to ring complaint line we ended up ringing another company.

Said would be 10 mins was late 1 hr after 3 phone calls driver full of excuses  said thank you after drop off and driver was so rude never even said thank you back so bad won't use them again

Useless and rude phone reception. Would not listen and would accept the business name I gave. Then told me it wasn't listed. I searched on my phone came up as the first listing on google. 
And then Energy City cabs had no problem finding the address too.
