POOR SERVICE. I went in to the Currie st, New Plymouth branch to ask for a printout of my bank account statements. The lady at the counter kept asking questions about why I needed a printout. After 5-minutes of interrogation, she said the printer was broken and would email the account statements to me. THE EMAIL WAS NOT SENT. I had to go back in to the bank the following day. I saw someone else who said the printer was not broken. There appears to be a rat among the ranks.
Terrible service. I wanted to make a Western Union Payment a supplier which I have been doing for years. I was told that is no longer possible. The Post office rang Western Union whom "apparently" confirmed it. I asked to talk to the person whom they were speaking to and was told to " ring them your self. " I rang Western Union Warning the call terminates to China and after 15 minutes trying to communicate to someone with very average English, They said there should not be in issue with this and pass them to the agent to confirm it was alright. The Post office closed in the mean time and a deadline missed.
Fast service and all round happy with the customer service
Friendly service, they were more than willing to help me with what I needed.
Quick service. Well as quick as nz post shops can be.
