Great Chinese and Thai cuisines at the New Golden Emperor. The decor is dated, but once you taste that fine food, yummo. Been a long time customer here and I think its the best Chinese in the Shire..

A really love this place. The staff are very polite and the food is lovely. It has a gentle ambience with relaxing music playing quietly in the background. Highly recommended

Ordered and paid for steak dish  and received a cheaper beef dish.  San choy bow was oily , full of onion and tasteless. Delivery driver stood on edge of the street complaining to come to him as there was no parking.  He had not even driven in the driveway.  Used to be good.  Definitely not so much now

I love this place! This is a great restaurant to take a family. They are always friendly and the food is always great.

Ordered the Short Soup...tastes like one cup of chicken stock with a pinch of shallot with four small rock hard wontons.  Rip off for $8.80. never again.

Nice place friendly service just shouldn’t  be a restaurant that serves food. Maybe a new chef is in order.
