Absolutely wonderful experience  We normally order online, but decided to drive down from Townsville to pick up in person this go. Don was absolutely lovely and helped us so much.  He's great at his position and made the experience incredible. Theo was also very nice and helpful! So glad we made the drive, satisfied as always and cannot wait to come back. Beautiful showroom.

I ordered $250 worth of oil. They dropped it at a “collection point” 3km away from my house …. 47 minute walk one way. I rang up and said that I didn’t drive, and there’s no way I can carry this amount of oil for 90 mins. I also paid for delivery to avoid this. They told me there was nothing they could do. It was out of their hands and they weren’t willing to do anything other than pass me onto the couriers which said there was nothing they could do either.  I asked for a redelivery and for the parcel to be left outside my door like usual, as I didn’t realise I had to write permission for this. Usually parcels are left outside my door.  I’ve never had this issue with any other wholesale, or online shopping companies.  I found their customer service rude and apathetic. Very unwilling to help. They just kept telling me I needed to give permission even though I kept explaining that I didn’t know this, and that it didn’t matter now I needed a solution to get my oil… once they’ve got your money they don’t care.  I’ll be trying other companies from now on. I was really disappointed as $250 is a lot of money to spend on oil, and then have to pay to organise a pick up…. When you’ve already paid for delivery.

I have been shopping with New Directions for few years now and have recommended it to many people! I’ve come in store many times, the man at the front desk in the display area is the coolest guy ever!  How ever, just recently I purchased an ingredient I’ve been buying for years from ND and had a strong reaction from it, even at 7% within one of my products.  I wasn’t going to leave a sour review at all, but I can’t get over how initial woman I spoke to on the phone handled my issue. The lady I spoke to on the phone when I called up to let ND know of this and seek assistance was the rudest woman I have ever spoken to, wow I called at 9:53am, didn’t get the woman’s name, she actually scolded me/spoke in a very aggressive manner telling me you can’t use the ingredient a base oil straight which you absolutely can, and just spoke down to me so horribly she made my feel so uncomfortable like I was in the wrong for being burnt by the product.  I’d get it if I was being rude to the woman but I was speaking politely like I always do

I have been regular customers for more than six years, good quality and fair price, they’ve got a variety products and raw materials either for people simply seeking simple and functional recipes or those who are DIY lovers. Highly recommended all range of vegetables oils and essential oils, most facial and hand creams, mask and clays, which are easy to begin with.

I was after white labling car fragrances and perfumes so I went to NDA and waited for some staff to finally pay some attention to me but they just kept rolling their eyes like I was there to hit ont hem. Then I decided to take my business somewhere else most likely to China.  Your employees are unprofessional and cannot distinguish between work and a nightclub
