I had a very nice experience while trying the new Christmas flavours, I was served by “Maddy” a lovely senior staff member, who made sure I received a 5 star service and all my questions were answered. I could not be happier with my purchase.
Just purchased a machine from Brenden, he deserves recognition. Fantastic mannerism, can have a joke but still be professional! I'm glad we decided to come in today to choose our machine instead of picking online. He made us a coffee, which tasted great and got us on board to take home a new machine today! Thanks Brenden, hope you get a pay rise!

Today’s visit and left without attention from any staffs. I and my partner came to order some capsules. 1 lady helped another customer and 2 other staffs stayed and had a chat, laugh and did not put any attention on us. I and my partner tried to make eye contact to them but they seemed not care how customers in the store. Your brand is global and the customer service supposes to be on spot. Does not feel like you guys care about customers. Bad experience Time visit: 4PM - 12/01/2023
5 star service today as always, plus we grabbed some Pumkin Spice Cake pods, what could go wrong.
At least Nespresso seems to be consistent, had the same experience as other reviewers. Was left to wait for 10mins unattended in a virtually empty store while staff did their best to ignore serving me. When I finally asked if I could have some help I was looked at with disdain and told I needed to line up in a non existent queue to the side of the shop?? If you want to have an exclusive product that can only be purchased in store try not hire basic staff. George would be so disappointed
Amazing experience today from Connor! Instantly greeting us with a massive smile, asking the right questions to find us the perfect pods for our taste. Will be back!
Firstly, 500 stars for the blonde barista with the glasses. He was absolutely amazing, so helpful, so knowledgeable. If only that service continued.. -499 stars because the brunette guy at the front taking orders was incredibly rude, frowning, and unhelpful, AND even charged us more. We purchased a Christmas pack, and then wanted to get two more of two of the flavours. Yet he gave us two more of three of the flavours..and instead of just telling us to buy 3 Christmas packs, he charged us for the individual ones which cost more. So angry we've only worked this out when we got home.
Extremely disappointed with service received, the first person to serve us couldn’t care less about any of my questions regarding the two machines I was looking at getting and palmed us off to the next person. The next person didn’t even listening to my concerns and made me the most horrible bitter coffee I have ever tasted and when I asked about my personal preference to what coffee I do like then told me no machine would suit me as my preference was wrong and not made to suit myself. All well and good I wouldn’t get one if that was the case but extremely let down by service. My partner had already brought a machine for myself as a gift I am now regretting the purchase and feeling like a waste of money.
Yesterday I had an amazing server - Ruby. Honestly never wanted to drink nespresso before this experience but she really changed my mind. Lavanto is so good !!!
