Came here to buy a few sleeves of pods and the staff said to see Richard the barista first to try a coffee first so I knew what I liked. Was a great customer experience. Well done Nespresso
Nice shop but not impressed with service. Went in to compare some coffee pods with the intent to buy. Barista treated me coldly cause I got the pods mixed up n likely I didn’t dress well that day. Sat there trying out the coffee for a while while trying to catch the same barista attention to try another pod that I was went in to compare. But she went pass me n went to serve someone arriving much later. To be fair she was the only person at the serving table, the other staffs seem to be busy doing other stuffs not serving customers despite few of us around. So I left n went on Amazon to buy some other coffee pods instead.
Picked up our order, great service at Nespresso Brisbane City today as always by Daniel and the friendly staff. Thanks for the great coffee. See you next time
Absolutely awesome service, I had a problem arise online and couldn't get it resolved, went in store and they fixed it in no time at all. I couldn't ask for better service or better help! Very professional and of great help. Thank you so much!

Great shop, great location and knowledgeable staff. It is fantastic to be able to try as many flavours as you wish and make an informed decision rather than ending up with a lot of coffee that you won't end up drinking
Great service from the Nespresso store team. I had an issue with a leaking machine and they not only replaced, but also shipped the new machine to my home that afternoon and included complementary coffee sleeves. Best customer service I've had ever and is why I'll continue being a Nespresso customer.
Awesome service and great location
I love coming here for many years now since they opened years ago across the new location. There’s nothing like waking up to Arpeggio, my preferred blend to start my day. Made by my Lattissima One I bought 3 years ago. I also but my descaling here, it’s perfect for the coffee machine I bought here. The staff are lovely and they make me coffee while I’m in the store.
I have been a Nespresso customer for years and this has been my worst experience in a Nespresso store. There is a lady in this store who is not friendly and does not smile. Bad vibes.
