was great when Luigi owned and ran it; went there last week with new owners and it as very disappointing; the waiter was incompetent - TBH this is what happens when people are hired just cause they are related to the owner/part of the family; gave us a bottle of water but no glasses; put utensils on table rather than on top of a serviette; restaurant with only four table occupied and we waited for 20 minutes to be asked about dessert - walked out without ordering it; incompetent and food is now well below quality of previous owner's

New management and renovation with good food and service

Feb 1st 2014. Just had our first experiance at Nero Cafe Bar. We purchased take away "Pollo Marinara" and "Gnocchi with Itallian sausage & pumpkin in a tomato sauce. Both dishes were spectacular. The girls serving were friendly & helpful. I will definatly be going back. The cost was very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Chris Gallagher

The food was warm and not great Waiter got our order wrong enough to be inconvenient. Would not return nor recommend original review: Fabulous lunch, great to be fed on a Sunday!

Great food. Has got better over the years. Recommend.

New management, new team, great place to relax in Epping area.
