I di agree to someone said that this place is clean. Even male toilet doesnt have bad smell on it. Really clean and tidy. You can see it from my picts. There are a wide parking place too to srop and pick someone here. Really comfortable place
The worst staff of TransLink so unhelpful. Was struggling to go through the gates with bag. Staff member looked at me then proceeded to get in the elevator and close the doors when the train is coming. Had to struggle up the stairs with a suitcase and I am disabled. As well as had someone assault me at the platform another day had no help from the staff.
A very quiet station and easily accessible train station that connects you to the Gold Coast and Brisbane. The only let down is the ticketing staff, who was quit the ogre and didn't seem interested in serving customers.
I choose this station over Helensvale because it's less congested.
After leaving my phone on a bus that dropped me off at Nerang Station in the late afternoon, one of the workers there was extremely helpful and helped me by letting me use his own phone to try to contact translink, then contact the bus line directly and helped me give my information to the office. I had my phone back by 8:30am the following morning. Thank you very much to all the staff, in particular to the gentleman who went so far out of his way to accommodate me.
