Like most shopping mall-type locations in Nerang, the parking (amount of spaces, quality of road surface, vehicle space size, and ease of arriving/leaving) is absolutely abysmal. This shopping centre parking follows that crappy trend.
In saying all that, shopping-wise it's fine, with a Coles, newsagent, alcohol shop, a cheap shop and more. Good enough for those quick little shopping stops.

Handy if you need essentials in a hurry but not much to offer.

Has the essentials on offer but really needs some work if they want to compete with other shopping centers nearby which (unlike Nerang Fair) are operating to a modern standard.
