Nerang Auto Electrical And Batteries

Took my car in to have the controls on the steering wheel fixed. The job was over $500 and what we wanted fixed was done. However, the tool marks left on the the plastic where they had prised the centre steering wheel cover off were appalling. There was also a large crease in the plastic of the steering wheel cover. There was no mention of this or apology when we collected the car. We noticed these issues on the drive home so called them immediately and advised we’d drop the car in the following week for it be fixed. When I took the car back to them, their(from the company owner to the service technician) attitude was disgraceful. My car was not given back to me in the condition it was dropped off and they simply didn’t care. All they could say is plastic damages easily and there was nothing they could do. They were really dismissive of me and my concerns. I thought it may have been because I was female so my husband took the car back in to them and experienced the same disgusting attitude. Avoid this business.

I have purchased a couple of Batteries over the years through these guys they have always been very helpful and very competitive on price. They were recommended to me by my mechanic to also recondition my alternator when it went on the fritz. Great group of guys to work with and they will have my business in the future

Outstanding service took car in for a dead battery and small issue with aircon after taking it home aircon issue was still present took it back and they checked it overnight put some gas in fixing the issue fir no extra charge
