I had a really positive experience here. The only thing I would say is that there are two radiology places on High Street and I went to the wrong one. I was told it happens all the time. Given that, I would think when making the appointment you should be told exactly which one it is considering how close they are together. But overall the staff were very friendly and the person who did my tests was great.
Courtney the amazing receptionist, at Nepean radiology wasso attentive to detail when it came to booking in my mother for the MRI. She was helpful in the fact that she put her on a cancellation list and referred us to a good medical practitioner. Courtney is a stand out employee and should be praised for her efforts and great job that she is doing. If she ever thinks about extending her career path to a nurse or doctor, she has me as a forever patient
Went for my first pregnancy ultrasound after struggling for 2 years with infertility. The man who did my ultrasound don’t remember his name cause he never introduced himself was not welcoming at all me and my partner felt it was rushed. We didn’t get any photos he said they are going to be on the app but it’s not the same as getting them in person and everyone i’ve spoken too have got given to them personally right after the ultrasound. I saw the heartbeat flickering but he never turned the volume on for us to hear it. Very disappointing and not happy
I’d like to very much thank the staff who didn’t injection into my spine today which was a pretty nerve wracking thing to do. I really appreciated the genuine and kind nature of everyone from the receptionist to the people helping me while having this injection. The doctor also was very kind.
I’m tired of being asked by reception.n“ what was your address as if I’ve moved and they want to know my previous address they should be saying what is your address?”n“What was your birthday as if I’ve died? No my birthday is not was. “n“What was your Medicare number? “nI haven’t cancelled my Medicare so my Medicare number is not was .nAnd when people say have a good one, I always wonder a good one. What as opposed to have a good day.nFrustrating
