I took in a sign I needed replicated and was told yes it can be done. Waited 5 days and heard nothing so called up and was told "the graphic artist guy said it's too hard" Fine, but you couldn't even have the courtesy to ring me to tell me? Waited 5 days for nothing. Owner showed no remorse.
