i've been going to this physio for almost a year. They're very polite, friendly and they give you reminder calls for your appointment, a day in advance. -which I am thankful for as I haven't got the best memory. they ask you a lot of questions while they're doing their work in case you're not comfortable and they don't mind a little general chit chat which is great.

Thanks to Anne and Carolyn and reception staff for all their hard work and patience.

P.S sorry for falling asleep during sessions.
