Absolutely sensational! Best chinese food I've ever had. Micky makes everything from scratch and his wife Morag is an absolute darling. Love her wit and dry sense of humour.Food: 5/5
Food not bad but that’s the only nice thing I have to say unfortunately. Woman serving was beyond rude to every customer even someone who came in just asking a question. We got takeaway and she made a comment about the clothes my husband was wearing as he had trackies on and a jumper... to pick up take away!.. she wouldn’t let him pay before his meal was ready every word from her mouth was beyond rude, no “hospitality” at all, even if it was the best Chinese on the southern peninsula we will never be back
After reading reviews I was apprehensive about trying this place again we went several years ago & had a lovely meal, we decided to try it again for ourselves. Was very very happy, highly recommend eating here. Staff were friendly & helpful, We had the buffet, price was reasonable, food delicious, chicken & sweet corn soup perfect, food was fresh & hot, didn’t have to wait long. Will be going again before we leave Rosebud & look forward to coming again.
This is a great place for everyone to go for a nice Chinese meal for all occasions. The restaurant location is very nice, and the food is all homemade and fresh. They have a seperate gluten free menu too. The service can be a bit slow but the staff are very friendly, and the food has always been very good.
We rang through an order and were told that it would be ready in an hour fair enough - it was Saturday. We drove the 20 minutes to pick the order up at the right time. When we got there, we were told it would be another 45 minutes before it would be ready. We cancelled the order and went to Pizza Express instead. Pizza was ready by the time we got there. Really, just a call to say that the meal was delayed would have been fine. Or an honest appraisal of the wait time in the first place. It was a long way to go to get nothing.

The food is good, the issue is actually getting them to pick up the phone to take and order 6.45pm. When you do get through they then tell you they are not taking any orders.
Food was beautiful. Although blonde elderly lady was one of the most rude staff members I have ever encountered. Either had a bad day or needed to be taught some manners
It's now 6months later and I must say that I have just received fantastic customer service from the reception staff. I had made a mistake with my booking dates & although there seemed to be no availability the staff member went out of her way to find something for me. I am so grateful and glad that Nepean Country Club has taken notice of the reviews and achieved a great standard of customer service. Well done Nepean & thank you. Can't wait for our next visit. My family and I own 4 timeshares at Nepean Country Club and have been holidaying there since 2011. We purchased the time shares under the recommendation of friends who have been holidaying at the resort since it's opening. Over the last couple of years I have found that management and reception staff have been unfriendly and inflexible. I have referred 3 other families to this resort and although they all attempted to purchase timeshares, were put off by the unwillingness of staff to return their phone calls or provide a tour of the facilities. In the end they gave up and I stopped referring families due to the embarrassment of it all. I was more recently disappointed by the treatment of my sister and her 5 month old baby boy. He needed to be breastfed at the time of checkout, but the staff refused to let her stay past 10am so my sister was forced to feed her baby in the car out the front of reception. This is just one of many examples of the inflexibility at this resort. If the customer service at this resort was better I could easily handle the fact that some of the units don't smell great and that they need a good clean and a fresh coat of paint. I have just completed another week stay at the resort and although some reception staff continue to give off the vibe that clientele are painful, the service was generally better and more friendly than in recent years. I'm looking forward to more positive experiences at this resort in future years and hope that potential timeshare owners are treated with a little more courtesy.
