A nice change in the middle of a crowded city. A peaceful quiet little corner surrounded by a little bit of vegetation and lots of skinny tall bamboo sticks. Right on the edge of the river. Great place to relax and clear your mind for a few minutes while you're enjoying the view of the Brisbane River.
A beautiful construction that was installed as a demonstration of Nepalese heritage in the Expo of 1988. Built over 2 years by 160 craftsman from the Kathmandu valley using native Terai Forrest timber. Amazing structure. Well worth the visit.

The amazing thing with here is how tranquil and peaceful it is while being in the middle of everything even when there are people passing thru, most times the stillness subtlety takes them as well and they take to the mood of the place as well
