A nice change in the middle of a crowded city. A peaceful quiet little corner surrounded by a little bit of vegetation and lots of skinny tall bamboo sticks. Right on the edge of the river. Great place to relax and clear your mind for a few minutes while you're enjoying the view of the Brisbane River.
A beautiful construction that was installed as a demonstration of Nepalese heritage in the Expo of 1988. Built over 2 years by 160 craftsman from the Kathmandu valley using native Terai Forrest timber. Amazing structure. Well worth the visit.
