Bad customer service. Nelson Locksmiths Port Adelaide were unable to cut and program a spare key for my car. I was told by Filipp that he would look into a fix and get back to me, I was told it might take a few days, possibly a week for him to get back to me, I waited several weeks and never heard back and after already wasting several hours of my time driving to Pt Adelaide, waiting for them to attempt to cut and program a spare key and then driving back home from Pt Adelaide I wasn't about to waste more of my time chasing them up. Ended up going through Alchin Security Locksmiths and 2 hours after calling them they had come to me, cut and programmed a spare key to my car and had left. Job done.
Great service at the Port Adelaide store, and very reasonable price for the work they did. Highly recommend.
Worst customer service I have experienced in my life they charge you whatever they want they left my front door not working and when I called to enquire they hang up the phone, very rude. My request was to have the door fixed you changed the price of what you quoted me $390 to install a new lock to more than $500 and you didn’t bother to call me I have everything recorded in my security camera lies and more lies. I hope my review help other people to stay away from this business.
We called several companies to unlock our apartment after we foolishly left our keys inside. Nelson Locksmiths were $100 cheaper then every other company in the area and Simon came to our Call Out within 20 mins considering it was 9pm we were very impressed. He was easy going and made the experience less stressful. Could not be happier with the service! Thank you so much.
After losing my garage door key, I spent a whole week going to Bunnings to try to rectify my situation. Then my wife found Nelsons Locksmiths at Port Adelaide. With nothing to loose I decided to try there. Thank God for the guy who made me two new keys. Wonderful service, professional and friendly, without costing a fortune. Thank you so much Nelsons, I'll be back.
They cut two perfect Ford bf keys that I bought on ebay, I programmed them easily myself as I had both original keys. They can also supply key and coding if you only have one key left and need a copy.
Nelsons have one of the best selection of locks and locks that you can not buy elsewhere. Good customer service with people who go out of there way to help. Highly recommend going to this locksmith.
