Finding an exceptional property manager is a challenge, but I struck gold with Jarrod. I couldn't recommend him more highly. He was able to use his exceptional negotiation skills to liaise between tenant and landlord, to deliver a fair outcome for all parties. His attention to detail is also to be commended. He was able to provide reasonable quotes for the essential maintenance work that was needed for the property. Never did Jarrod make me feel as though I was just another number in his property portfolio. I have experienced Nelson Alexander Fitzroy from both sides of the rental market landlord for one property, tenant in another. My agent, Cheryl Garton, has always been prompt, informative and helpful in her communications. Any issues that have arose for either property have been dealt with quickly and in a manner that has made my decisions easy and stress-free. Furthermore, she has shown genuine compassion and understanding of the needs of myself, my tenants and my co-renters, as well as an excellent knowledge of the local rental market.
