I am an employee and client at Neerod Designs. I understand the ins and outs of operations and when it came time for me to design my own home, I knew I was in good hands. The design process was very smooth. I had a brief of what I wanted my home to include and we came up with the most feasible and aesthetically pleasing design possible. There were many hurdles throughout the design process and not only were they handled efficiently but they improved the overall design of the house. The drawings were clear and concise for the builders and tradespeople to bring this project to life.

Neerod Designs is a great company to work with . They make very nice custom Home plans and are happy doing changes in the plans according to the clients wishes . So we are planning to engage this company for architectural homes. Good experience so far. Nice detailed plans. All requests are accomodated. Trades also do get a clearer picture of scope of works and like their plans

Nice decking plans and landscaping ideas here, for big lots with variety of plant and tree putting ideas.
They are incompetent and the plan they design have a lot of problems. Dont waste your money and time
