I have been chasing my matured funds for almost two months now and still haven’t received my money. Investment managers only tell you stories, and sometimes don’t even respond to clients. Terrible customer services and insensitive management who don’t care about their customers need for their own money. Ndk Financial Services only care about the money clients or customers bring to them but they don’t care about how clients suffer to earn the money they bring for Investment. Because after receiving the monies from clients they just recklessly and unprofessionally mismanage the money and then refuse to pay the matured monies to the client. Avoid doing any investment business with Ndk Financial Services because they are not worth doing any business with and also not reliable.
If it was possible to give this company a minus 1000 rating, i will do so. Do yourself a favor, please stay away from NDK. I had an investment with them that matured on July 20th, 2021 and seeing I wanted all my money upon maturity, NDK instructed me to send an email a week to maturity telling them that I want all my money upon maturity. I did just as I was instructed but up to this day NDK has failed to give me my money. I have sent emails inquiring about my money but it has it has been one excuse after another why they have failed to keep their promise. I am so TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH NDK FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED. I am in desperate need of these funds but until i get all my money with interest I can only declare that NDK FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED IS A THIEF. They will do nothing but steal your money and refuse to pay as they have promised. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. August 17, 2022 UPDATE I went to the NDK office on February Road in April this year and I spoke at length with Bertha Tagoe, one of NDK’s investment executives. I was and am still demanding all of my money, I actually wanted all of it in cash but she said they could not pay cash but promised that all my funds will be in my ABSA account the account I had asked them to transfer my fund into by June to July 2022. Here we are midway in August and still no money from NDK. Once again more than a year since I first requested all my fund, NDK is proving itself to be thieves by not giving me my money. PAY ME MY MONEY NDK! March 2023 UPDATE Here we are another year has ended and a new year has began and we are in the third month of this new year and up to this day NDK has failed to pay all my money with interest into my ABSA as I requested almost two years ago. I cannot forget my hard earned money that I invested at NDK and my mind has NOT changed. NDK, pay all my money with interest into my ABSA account as you promised. I will NOT stop writing bad reviews about you until you pay all my money with interest. You are stealing people's money and refusing to pay. You are nothing but THIEVES. Dear investor if your money means anything to you then do your self a favor, STAY FAR AWAY FROM NDK FINANCIAL SERVICES THEY ARE CRIMINALS!

The least said, the better. I have been chasing my interest payments for months now and as usual I get the same excuses and stories. NDK, I use to be your advocate , what are you people doing to this organization. If there are issues, your attitude towards clients will give them some comfort at least . Account managers are unable to let you when you'd get your money. I tried calling and the lines are not going through. Please honor your obligation to your clients. We trusted you that's why we chose to do business with you. Now Im full of regrets. Hmmmmm Biggest regret .
Can anybody at NDK update us on the status of our investments? Where are you with your bailout conversation with the central bank? In your estimation, when are we likely to receive payment for our investments? I hope this does not drag on forever as the value of our investments are being eroded daily by the fall of the cedi against the major currencies. I'm standing by for your update please.
t's almost a year and NDK hasn't paid the interest they're suppose to. They keep giving the same excuse that they're solving liquidity issues. They've been solving liquidity issues for a year now. The most annoying part is that if for some reasons you are not able to meet the expectations of your customers, at least you should communicate the reasons to them via SMS, GMAIL etc. You'd have to keep visiting the company countless times for the same reason and they keep giving same excuse. It's so sad.
Terrible customer service. Investment officers are dishonest, disorganised and unwilling to help customers. Investments aren’t paid out upon maturity. There seems to be no accountability as agreements are made but never honoured with no supervision or oversight from top management. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company investments or otherwise. Wouldn’t recommend them if they were the last finance firm in the country. Absolutely terrible company right from senior management down to the employees. A one star review is honestly generous.
Absolutely the worst service you can imagine. Account managers are under no obligation to return your calls or let you when you'd get your money. I thought the other guy was being dramatic/extra with his review, he wasn't. Biggest regret till date.
These folks are so annoying and such wasters of one's time. You will need to have time to spare before you come to a place to transact your business. Terrible customer services and they have funny stories to when you want return on your investments. Anyone who wants to conduct serious business or invest their monies shouldn't bother coming to these people. Liars!!
Worst customer service I have come across. For over 4 months now I’ve been chasing money deposited with them. No one ever calls you back. They are very fraudulent in their dealings and I will not recommend this institution to anyone at all.
