Bought some of their PU Olympic Weight plates - tri grip. They look great, feel good and easy to manoeuvre.nnNC fitness gear have been easy to deal with every time I shop there and are quick to deliver the items out.

Great products and great customer service!nMy husband and I ordered some gym equipment via click and collect. I texted to say we were on our way to collect we were turning up just before they closed. The equipment was there at the front, all ready to be loaded into our car. The man and woman working there were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up buying a few more things while we were there. The exercise equipment is excellent quality and competitively priced.nWe’ll definitely be back!
Purchased the NC Fitness trap bar v2 open end. Purchased on sale at a great price. Very solid. Long bar for holding weights. Works well. Only comments; would be nice if it was an even 20kg rather than 18kg and if it could maintain a horizontal position when loaded, minor issues.
Good customer service with prompt SMS replies. Purchased gym chalk, and there was an online offer of free 'bumper plate' coasters, but when I added it to my order, it doubled the cost of shipping from $13 to $26, so it didn't feel so much like a great offer. When I reached out to them, they said to checkout and they would add it in the order for me, which was great. However, upon receiving my purchase, the coaster offer wasn't there. Aside from a poor checkout UX free offers resulting in doubling of shipping costs and saying they would put the offer in my order but forgot, I'd give them 5 stars. I'm aware my purchase was only gym chalk!
