Having dined here several times, I was always highly satisfied with the food and the service. Today however will be the last time I ever dine at this miserable venue. The experience started in absolute disarray when the staff struggled to find our group a table to seat 6, even though we had booked prior and the venue was completely empty. Upon receiving our meals, it was noted that the food served was different compared to previous visits ordering the same meal. To accompany the mains we were served a cheap salad consisting almost entirely of iceberg lettuce and grated carrot, where in previous visits the whole meal was articulated with Greek authenticity. The waitstaff were rude and were quick to abandon us after bringing out the mains. When it came time to pay, a brief review of the receipt showed that we had been charged excessively for multiples of starters having only ordered one, excessive charges for sauce condiment which previously came as an inclusion to our now Greek-less meal and an involuntary tip as they handed the eftpos machine without advising that it was not yet on the pin entry screen. When questioned the counter staff defensively disputed the quantity of the starters and considered it absurd to ask for a sauce condiment. Having apparently taken over the restaurant the expectation would be that they should hold themselves to an equivalent if not greater standard, when in fact the standard has far fallen since the transfer of ownership. In this case I feel that the owner did not take ownership and made no effort to resolve his dissatisfied customer's concerns. There was a great lack of transparency dealing with waiters, resulting in an exceptionally overpriced service with little benefit. If this is a representation of Greek hospitality, I am exceptionally disappointed. I anticipate a business run in this fashion will not last.
Such genuine, friendly service and beautiful food. All meat and seafood was cooked to perfection with wonderful flavour and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this fantastic greek restaurant and will most certainly be back. Thank you Nautica for a great evening.
Absolutely appalling customer service, in fact probably the worst we've ever experienced. Our food took an hour and a half to come out. We asked twice about much longer it would be and no-one came back to let us know. When it finally arrived and we asked to speak to someone, the 'owner' came out and said, in an aggressive tone: "what's the problem this time?". When we asked if they would do something to make up for the issue, we were told "Well I don't have to give you anything, and I won't". We were stunned. She then loudly instructed the waitress to "keep an eye on them, so they don't leave without paying". To add final insult to injury, the food was of a standard I would expect from a late night kebab shop. Overall an awful experience and wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
We went to Nautica on Sunday lunch. It was quite busy, and Dimitri, our waiter looked after us amazingly. Had the Roast Lamb delicious, the chicken souvlaki so moist and tender with a fresh village salad. Not only was the service great, the food was so tasty and the baklava we finished with sooo fresh.
In front of Gap Bluff. Shakes are good.And you can enjoy great view of Robertson park.
Unbelievably bad experience: waited a very long time for food, chased up politely three times. Owner very rude and uninterested in the satisfaction of her paying customers. Food very average. This place is definitely trading on its position, if it was anywhere else it probably would have gone bust by now! AVOID.
Had my sons birthday there for 16 family members, Great tasty traditional Greek cuisine, food was delayed due to the rush but the service was outstanding , friendly and we had a great time with staff,I've rebooked again for December, my family loved the place. Well done nautica!

The team treat you like family and are always very welcoming when we come by which has become nearly on weekly basis because the food never disappoints The most Authentic and delicious Mediterranean cuisine hands down 5 stars doesn’t do it justice Thankyou Nautica
Wow, the best Greek restaurant I've been to in Australia. Amazing food, great and friendly service, outstanding value! Everything we've had was really tasty and the portion sizes are good too.
This Cafe is awesome have everything with the food as this is having variety of many things with difference flavours and the location is too good with the sea view..and this Cafe has friendly staff and ambience is too good with awesome staff plus food
