Mark is an absolute GUN! He fixes me first or second time every time i hurt myself at the gym or just with older age. No sales pitch to come 5 or 10 times - just simply, "let me know if you need me to see you again." Good banter also, lovely guy. See you next time.

Katie did a great job for my neck pain. I was not able to move my neck and was in pain. She used right pressure to relieve the pain and also scaled down massage time from 60 to 45 mins as she said that all i need so no overcharging.

Can not recommend the services of Mark enough! He is INCREDIBLE. He gets straight to the issue at hand, cracks you back into place. Eases muscle tightness and can even do dry needling for stubborn pain points.  THANK YOU.

I’ve been going to Jo for remedial and sports massages for the last twelve months. Jo helps by releasing tensions, reducing muscle soreness and showing me how to stretch the affected muscles - all of which enable me to continue to train and maintaining full range of movement.  After each session I feel light and re-energised, and always sleep well that night too!

I've been going there for about 2 years. Laura and Jo are both fantastic. Great for either remedial or relaxation. They listen well and tailor according to what I ask for. Safe, therapeutic and relaxing. Always high quality. Would definitely recommend.
