I cannot recommend Natural Health Centre enough. Jason is amazing and even though I was surprised at what he was doing to help me with my back issues, meaning it is not anything like a physio or chiropractor has done in the past, the results were incredible. Hard to get an urgent booking or an appointment some days, but that's the challenge when they are so good and so popular, but worth seeing them even if you do have to wait.

Sybil has an extraordinary ability to attune to the needs of the whole body self.   She accompanies and helps activate the  deep intelligence of my own system, so that I come away feeling stronger in myself and more aware of my aliveness unfolding.  Tensions reconfigure,  my movement is more co-ordinated,  my thinking is more creative,  and my happiness is more available! Thank you Sybil, you are truly a great practitioner.

There are many schools of bodywork.  The great bodyworkers are able to synthesise all their knowledge, intuition and experience to the point that their school becomes irrelevant.  Sybil is one of those. She is consistently able to work with what is present to provide immediate relief from pain or tension, while also working holistically to create balance throughout the body and long term change to the underlying patterns and causes. She divines expertly how deep to work to ensure maximum results without crossing the line to pain or discomfort.  Highly recommended
