Worst experience in ordering car parts from this wreckers, spend 2,800 for car parts plus shipping, should be an easy work for me as I just put it in then drive but it takes me to do too much work and hassle. The parts arrive as a parcel with a damage bonnet as seen in picture, also bonnet has many paint chip which was not mentioned when I ordered it, the door has dent and tail boot glass is broken. It was Damage in transit, Called the transport company big post and this wrecker and they said that they cannot do anything about it because sometimes it happens. Rj one of their staff said that this big post and wreckers had a meeting before that there are no accountability when this kind of shit happens. How could you run a business wherein it is okay to damage your costumers order.? So No one wants accountability as they keep me bouncing around. After numerous calls they offer me 350 for refund. But even doing the refund it is hard for them to do as I needed to call them several times before they do refund. Spend another 400 for the boot glass and 500 for fixing the dents and have it repainted. I Will never buy from this wreckers again. Should have listened to negative feedbacks.
Talked with them and said it’s 300 at first talked all things and made all the deals and was confirmed and later on when we visited them they said $650 if you bring cash and to remove the door by ourself. Not a man of his word. Trying to take advantage of our innocence. Total rip off. Not recommended at all. Same happened with two of my friends thought it was a mistake but it’s not mistake they do it on purpose to make the customer come down there and buy it. BE CAREFUL GUYS. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
Highly recommend this wreckers. Will definitely be back if we need anything more. Great service and great pricing. Even helped us load the parts onto our ute and gave us car mats to make sure the parts didn't scratch on the drive home.nAwesome customer service!!nThank you again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rung twice to get pics sent through of mags after I explained clearly what I was after. Still nothing from 8.30 in morning till 2.30 arvo. So rung again! Got put on hold for 12 mins then get hung up on then I ring back and she said I’m sending them through myself. Sent them and NOTHING like I wanted. Find staff that actually know what they are looking for. Would never go here
