I had such a wonderful experience at Bendigo National Tiles all thanks to a wonderful staff member Carlee!! When I originally rang Bendigo National tiles I was flustered and frustrated after a terrible experience at the Shepparton franchise. As soon as I rang Bendigo Carlee was instantly helpful, warm and kind offering solutions and excellent style advice along with honouring the online sale.nnMy tiles arrived with the correct amounts, extremely fast and with great service from the entire Bendigo team.nnThank you again Carlee!! If your boss reads this I hope you get celebrated maybe even a bonus ; - in all seriousness - you’re awesome. our family really needed people/customer service like you after the floods x

A fantastic place to shop with staff that know all about the product they sell it really is a lovely experience to shop at this store with lovely knowledgeable people who know their product and go the extra mile to help highly recommend this store it is a great shopping experience

Awful customer service from most of staff there on multiple occasions. I once walked past the front counter and heard 3 members of staff badmouthing a client none of them acknowledged I was in the store for a further 10 mins. Shane and Jenny have been the most pleasant to deal with and if it weren't for the competitive prices on flooring, I'd have ordered elsewhere.

Disappointed was shown a tile in showroom charcoal grey no marks or colours added to tile,nWhen laid they look like a dirty boot has been twisting in one spot, they look terrible. When contacted by Bendigo owner Shane he was rude and would not listen to his customer concerns.nIf shopping there take photos of the tile they show you. In case same thing happens to you. Although the name on the box is correct it was 100% not the tile I saw in the show room.nI found him to be very unhelpful and would not shop there again, selected 2 grouts and both were wrong so not a good experience and even less customer service from the manager.
