Booked, paid and was assigned my storage unit - I didn’t need to speak to anyone or wait on an endless queue to a call centre. Went to my unit and everything worked like clockwork. Congratulations National Storage on the web app, access control and  floor plan tool that made this seamless.

Indeed a very well run and superbly clean facility... We have been here for nearly 3 months and can foresee many more months to come...nnTodd & Jacinta both pleasant & very helpful when the need arises.nnIf you have outgrown your home office National Storage office space is certainly a great solution...nnKnowing that all you equipment and office wares are also cared for by the great security they provide gives much peace of mind..nnI Wouldn't hesitate to recommend National Storage to anyone.

We had storage there for almost 5 years.  Started well although prices went up regularly.  We had a call on a weekend demanding credit card payments due to being a couple of days behind.  Also when I gave notice I was vacating and had one load to go I got locked out when I went in to find out why I was a few days late and had to pay a full month for 5 minutes of time.
