I am so impressed with the high-level of customer service at NMS Newmarket! I needed to arrange a storage unit during 'Alert Level 3', and the team were so helpful - they even held a size for me for three weeks before starting the lease they were low on this size but I didn't need it quite yet which I thought was really kind, thank you! The facilities are clean, and well-managed. The loading bay is covered which was a big plus as on the day we moved it was pouring with rain. Would definitely recommend - the central location is also super handy.
I’m using national mini storage facility in great south road, Papakura as moved from the hibiscus coast to Paerata Rise to live with my daughter & son in law for awhile. I found the facility easy to find with beautiful premises and to make it easier the young lady whom helped me on the Saturday 22/5 fill out all the paperwork made it a very stress free experience she was so friendly and extremely helpful. The storage unit on the 2nd floor was fantastic made easier with the trolleys to take my furniture up the lifts to my unit. I feel happy knowing my possessions are safe & secure. Thanks Papakura branch your service and facility is a 10/10 for me.
This is an excellent facility - the place is new, clean, well lit, has good equipment and even music. It is a pleasant place to go if you need to sort out your storage and the office staff are very helpful. The loading bay is well laid out and you have plenty of room to work in. If we need storage again this is the only place i would use.
Great facility, manager aggressive and officious, should not have a job in customer service. One night my car was locked into the building. Instead of trying to solve the problem she started quoting fine print in the customer agreement there were no signs at the time to say customers might be unable to exit if they were in their units at closing time. She has also repeatedly called my personal numbers to chase advance payments on units which I have been renting in six month blocks. I guess the staff don't appreciate that customers pay their salaries.
Very nice clean facility. The enclosed loading zone is a major plus - This means you can access the facility no matter the weather. The lifts are much larger than cook st facility. The team are friendly and professional.
Friendly staff, nice size storage units. Good access and trolley bay is right by the parking so real easy , the lift is also huge
National Mini Storage Newmarket made moving our archives into storage a breeze. They held a couple of different sized storage rooms for us as we weren't initially sure how much space we would need. It was great to be able to purchase the boxes to store our excess office bits and pieces in as well. Lenore made the whole process smooth and easy!
