Nathan Library is a perfect place to come and study in - Great for quiet study/ research as well as group meetings.nnI have not seen it really busy for a while, so there is always plenty of spread out.nnFree wifi for students, great lighting and a good learning atmosphere.nnAnyone can use and borrow books from here. It’s not limited to students, staff and alumni of Griffith.
Good areas to socialise, quiet areas and private study rooms/ meeting rooms. Also you can eat in there, big bonus.
As a UQ student PhD, I wrote up my thesis here because I live close to Sunnybank. Here are always old mates greeting you - I made a lot of friends here during my PhD. I'd say griffith uni libraries have more welcoming atmosphere than those of UQ. The former is the only right place when you want to spend a few hours for some quiet writing during weekend.
A very good place to study and it is also open during the weekend. I once had an issue with my laptop and had no problem accessing my e-mails and files on one of the computers in the library. Great atmosphere.
A great space for quite study. Even better than home environment. Allows you to spend hours of study without any distractions.
