I visited Dr Burke as I have a long term injury with my knee. I found him very thorough and asked a number of questions so he could correctly assess the damage. He reviewed MRI results and explained them to me in layman terms I could understand. He then performed some treatment on me and improved both the pain level and range of movement. He also provided me with some exercise advice so that the improvement could continue, or at least be maintained. I found him very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend him.
Jarryd is a very knowledgeable osteopath and always knows what to do when it comes to managing my muscle tension and scoliosis. I always walk out feeling brand new.
Had many sessions with him with little results. If your issues are standard then you should consider seeing jarryd but nothing too complex as it will be above his expertise. He does do the labour for the full 30 min. People complain about his customer service but I don't find it deterring if he delivers. In the end I'm paying him to help with me health issues no to be nice. 2 and half stars is my rating. That's pretty generous from me.
Went in there for the first time and had a very bad experience that I had to walk out due to severe anxiety. I was hammered with questions and antagonised by Jarryd. He has no customer service skills and very robotic. He has no empathy whatsoever for someone who has experienced trauma due to a road accident. He needs to work on his customer service, communication skills and tone down the aggression he delivers his questions with. I was in there to get help with my pain. I am not a fraud looking to get compensation but that's how I was treated.
Jarred is a absolute professional. Who has really helped me manage my pain of scoliosis and bulging disc etc. I have tried it all b4 but he has been successful. Touch wood i havent had a flare up for months and am able to exercise and almost sleep through the night again.nAlways recommend him to everyone and anyone.
