This place used to be great but it seems the curries have been watered down now. Basically didn't have much taste and was full of watery flavorless curry. I have eaten from nargis many delicious times and the last few have been terrible. This was from the lake Munmorah store. I won't be returning now.
Would not recommend very rude staff Acts like hes doing you a favour by serving you, worths atitude Food wasnt the best either
This place has terrible hygiene. I've seen the workers touch the fresh salad and cheese with bare hands, no gloves and no handwashing. Today I saw the workers getting more lettuce from the car and dropped it all onto the carpark ground, quickly picked it back up and back into the box with the rest of the lettuce. Disgusting food safety practices here, terrible customer service, won't be eating here again.
Flavour was good and I even contemplated taking it home and cooking it for an extra couple of hours to make it editable. I chewed on one piece of lamb for ten minutes without making a dent, beef was no better. I should have just thrown $11 in the bin and saved time.
I used to love this place but not now. I Had lamb rogan josh last night for dinner the lamb was tough and tasteless well going down it was, coming back up however It tasted a little better. Great way to spent the night waking up with a mouth full of curry flavoured vomit.
For what It's worth it's great. Very friendly and thry try and accommodate any customisation you want!
They do a very good butter chicken. I like curries and the ones from Nargi's are very nice. Reasonably priced as well.
We enjoyed our kebabs from here today. The falafel kebab was delicious. We both commented that the wrap was spot on, not too thick. Ingredients were fresh.
We bought 4 doner kebabs. The order was wrong , even though the order was written on the bags in front of them . The meat was greasy and in large chunks not shaved. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
Awesome. Fantastic. Best butter chicken I have ever had. Worth the drive from Gosford. Dishes are full of so much good quality meat.
