Highly Recommended, starting at the quotation stage Dan was extremely helpful, recommending the best way to go about our project. The installation was on time and on budget, Dan and Ben were completely hands on making sure everything was perfect. Dan went above and beyond to make sure we were happy by providing assistance and expertise with our surrounding projects such as retaining walls, fencing and landscaping. Narellan took care of every detail including paving which is immaculate, the quality of products is fantastic, Dan and Ben took great care and attention to detail on installation. We have already recommended them to our friends and to anyone interested in a pool. We absolutely love our pool, Thank you Narellan!

Honestly stay away! The pool system itself is good, the turnaround amazing, the sales staff great but the installers are awful. As far as I can see Narellan Pools head office have next to no control over their franchisees. Tony at this location is honestly one of the nastiest men I have ever met. He is aggressive, dismissive, condescending and a total chauvinist. The office team (all too aware of Tony's attitude) try their best but the installers let things down at every turn. There were numerous 9 issues with our install all of which were dismissed by their team. Once they have your money they have no interest in fixing issues, explaining problems or showing any genuine concern. Just one example, their bobcat broke down on the install day (spraying oil over everything); rather than returning with it fixed the guys were directed just to rake out the remaining 'croaker dust' leaving piles and piles of unwanted waste. I had to pay for this to be taken away on my own dollar. Their excuse being 'most people would be grateful of the dust for landscaping' - I could go on but I'm sure you get my point. Still fighting over a warranty issue to this day - STAY AWAY!

We installed a Narellan Pool in 2011. The pool itself is great, very happy with the end result and the quality of the install, No issues since. I would echo others reports here though about the attitude of Tony at that time. Pretty condescending and patronising and not a lot of listening.
