Dr Andrew Russell was so lovely and calming on my recent hospital stay. He made me feel completely relaxed despite the anxious situation of being in theatre, and he checked in with me afterwards too. Seemed to genuinely care. Highly recommended!
Last Month Dr Aled Hapgood tended to me during my caesarian at Mater Mothers. During my procedure he was an excellent communicator. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and why, in a way which didn't have us feel talked down to. He was all over all my requirements and when they changed during the procedure, he was quick to pivot and continue to have me feeling comfortable. He was lovely, kind and reassuring. If I ever need to use his services again, I would be calm and confident knowing I was in his capable hands.
Dr Cowlishaw was wonderful during my recent procedure. He took the time to listen to my concerns and address them in a thorough and easy to understand way. During the procedure he was very attentive and caring- thank you!
Was quite nervous to get my wisdom teeth out as it meant I would be receiving my first general anesthesia. Dr Mckevitt quickly recognised this and made a great effort to relieve my stress by answering any questions/worries I had. It can be a scary situation minutes before the procedure and I felt extremely lucky to have someone genuine who took the time to help extinguish any anxiety I had. Really appreciative of Dr Mckevitt's effort.
Dr Scott Buntain was fantastic. He did a wonderful job of making me feel safe and relaxed. I really appreciated it. Really great experience!
Dr Matthew Howes is a great and caring anesthetist! I was lucky enough to have him for my day surgery last week. He was very kind, made me feel at ease from the get go and explained the whole process well. He also explained thoroughly how to manage my pain during recovery. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
I had an excellent experience with Dr Scott Buntain. He listened to my concerns and explained everything, thoroughly putting my mind at ease. I had no discomfort at the anaesthetic site, nor any ill-effects following the anaesthetic. His skill and experience was much appreciated.
Dr. Liam Balkin was amazing for my procedure today. He was lovely and easy going. I was super nervous, but he find the right way to make me comfortable. Merci for the French song and see you soon to grab your Croissant
Dr. Matthew Kelso was amazing. I was totally nervous about my procedure but he handled the situation very calmly. I had confusing ideas about being sedated but after the procedure i feel that it was a wonderful experience. As he said it was a good sleep:
I had an uncomfortable oral surgery yesterday March 18 2021 and was somewhat anxious going into theatre but Dr Liam Balkin put me at ease immediately with his calming bedside manner and didn't use any complicated medical talk. Thanks for the excellent service!
