Absolutely remarkable restaurant! We’ve been going to this restaurant for 10 years! Plenty of food to choose from the magnificent menu. Great service & fantastic food.. Excellent ambiance for all couples, families and friends! This is an outstanding experience! Highly recommended. Don’t delay you will not be disappointed! The Curry’s, noodles, rice, Thom Yum Soup, Stir Fry and the list goes on are all made and served with love. Believe me the staff and the owner go over and above to make you feel welcomed.
I have been a regular customer of Narai Thai for 3 years now and it is simply outstanding. The food is terrific and I'm never left disappointed. The food is up there with the best Thai I've eaten in Australia and the service is always good. Highly recommend this place.

Very disappointing customer service. Ordered a takeaway meal and they made a mistake with the order. I called to let them know and a lady kindly offered to correct the order. When I came to pick it up I was tended to by the owner, who aggressively threw my takeaway down onto the counter in disgust. Walked out in shock at what had happened. Will not be coming back. Expect to be treated with the same disrespectful attitude by the owner if the restaurant makes a mistake with your order…..as is clearly evident by their rude replies to negative Google Reviews.
To begin with food way below average, and staff didn’t bring all the dishes out at the same time like asked which was fine. Probably wouldn’t have bothered to review this place but unfortunately the staff were just down right rude at the end. Booked a big function and they didn’t split bills. We worked it out at the table, took a little longer than we expected. Staff pointed and laughed at the table. When I went to pay for it at the end staff also felt the need to ask me the tables relationship with other staff giggling about this question to which I answered ‘do you ask all you diners that question’. Have a little respect because I’m pretty sure that the function of 13 covered wages for the night, anyway won’t be doing that again. Literally you could have just made it a little less obvious, common sense goes a long way, but lack of it made you deserve this 1 star.
Food was lacking a lot of flavours, definitely not a genuine Thai cooking. No chopstick available, a big red flag... Food came out super fast because it was not cooked to order, clearly they have been prepared before hand, it was not hot.

This used to be such a great restaurant, sadly it has gone down hill. We had hairs in our food, the order was incorrect and the pad Thai was very tasteless. We called and spoke to the owner who was rude and unapologetic. Please avoid at all costs! I should have read the owners reply to the negative reviews below… appalling. This is a horrible way to manage a business. Cue owners negative response… Wow… just as I anticipated the owner has aggressively replied and told me to f/off. Please, if you have any respect for yourself walk away from this business. I sure hope he doesn’t treat his employees this badly.
Super delicious foods and deserts. Perfect atmosphere and nice caring staff. It was a great experience. Nothing could be better. I ll recommend you to all.Food: 5/5
