Best chicken in Toowoomba great staff helpful an not very judgemental towards others. I don't complain when nice humans cook me AMAZING food with a nice happy attitude. Thank you for treating me nice like a decent human, willingness to serve others good value for your money.
Always delicious food and friendly staff! Plenty of seating too Update for Covid: The Staff are still wonderful and doing a fantastic job the the current restrictions. Food is still excellent!
The food was good but the restaurant was quite dirty. There was food and dirt on the floor and the kitchen looked kind of messy. You can tell that the establishment is poorly run and I would even be concerned about food safety. I love Nando's but not this particular one. Likely won't be back unless there is new management.

PAID OF DIP SAUCE NOT IN THE BAG. PAID FOR CHICKEN SALAD, ONLY SALAD NO CHICKEN, CHIPS ARE TOO SAGGY BY THE TIME OF PICK UP. BETTER STOP GOING THERE.
Food was mediocre, they had no sauce, so the burger and frys were pretty dry. Service needs to be improved. I've been to Nando's in Maroochydore , Sunshine Coast and many in Brisbane which have had fantastic service and food, but this one has been a let down.
Every Nandos we’ve been to have been accomodating to our dietary requirements and made us feel very welcome. This place is an exception. Food was mediocre, service even more so. Not the greatest experience!
The state of the store is a worry food on the floor and a fork on the ground in the kitchen. Will a pile of sweapings in the corner of the store. Also was a 25 Min on chicken when the store wasn't even busy. Customer service was good though, think the store isn't managed well.
The owner of Nando's have to learn how to treat customer with polite service and he has to get admission in hospitality and Customer service class and the I don’t get that kind of instruction from the shop owner that you have to careful about the cleanliness of the shop. Really I got worst service from this shop
Worse nandos I’ve ever been to. Manager refused to give take away box because they only had that many. Paid $45 for meal and was refused to take away my left over. They recon i can bring my own container. WILL NEVER COME AGAIN TO THIS PARTICULAR SHOP.
