Quiet venue though it was late saturday afternoon, I am confident that the night sitting would be something else. Thoroughly enjoy the eat, had the "Power bowl" Kind of dissapointed with black rice, far too grainy, overall ok
food is good when done well. I usually get the ribs and they are either burnt or have none of the marinade on them. So can be good one week, not so great the nextFood: 2/5
what in tarnation, Nando's Ipswich... posting this because undercooked and under-seasoned chips are unfortunately a regular thing. gross.
Went in today, 4/2/23, 11:30am was served by a young lady with blonde hair and a nose stud. She was thorough, pleasant and polite and best of all she didn’t ask us to order off our phones. Food was yum and hot and came out quickly.
Came in for lunch and was met with a friendly smile and told to sit at a table. No one else was dining at that time. We saw the floors and tables were dirty and presumed it was after a busy lunch rush. Got to our table and we had to wipe the table and chairs from alot of crumbs. I witnessed other customers doing the same. Watched as staff chatted and played on their phones instead of cleaning the restraunt for future customers. A staff member brought in KFC and ate it in the restraunt. Overall not happy with the cleanliness of the store. Food was the only redeeming quality.
I went in last week with a friend and waited 20 minutes for my food. During that 20 minutes, staff were mucking around in the kitchen, the store was a complete mess, absolutely disgusting. When we got our food, the entire meal was stale. Absolutely disgusting. Nandos, step up.
Nandos Riverlink.. where they NEVER actually have chicken & the wait is always over an hour & they haven’t put the chickens in the oven yet as they always happily let customers know.. oh but wait it gets better… after you wait over an hour for your meal.. they serve it to you completely BLACK AND BURNT.. and give you the kind gesture of filling your LARGE chips only half way !! Someone higher up in management needs to step up and do something about the disappointing staff that work here ! Because this seems to be a on going issue !!
Unable to fulfil orders and poor resolution to meet customers requirements. Seems no training given to provide qlty service when the wheels fall off. Both front of house and kitchen seem to struggle when things aren't going to plan. Poor effort, hopefully the food will be decent after now waiting 1hr 7min from time of order.......
It’s been the longest 45 minutes ofmy life. I look around and everyone is starving. There’s only 3 staff in the kitchen. My starvation is so great, I’ve spent all of my energy writing this review.
Just incredible. Absolutely delicious. I have ordered take-out from here on two separate occasions now, and I have not been disappointed. The chicken is always hot & fresh, as are the chips, and the salad is crisp and tasty. Great job, Nando's Ipswich :
